MyMedicare is a free and voluntary registration program that allows you to nominate our medical centre as your preferred general practice.
About MyMedicare
The Australian Government has introduced a voluntary patient registration model called MyMedicare to drive improvements in primary healthcare for all Australians.
MyMedicare strengthens the relationship between patients and their healthcare team by allowing you to register with your regular general practice and select your preferred GP within the practice.
How to Register for MyMedicare

Please contact our reception team if you need assistance. You can also complete a paper MyMedicare registration form at the clinic.
Patients must have a valid Medicare card or eligible DVA Veteran Card to register.
